John Bellgrove acted as our Real Estate agent when our home was on the market from August 2000 until its sale in January 2001.  Throughout these months, John showed us the courtesy and endeavour that he had promised at our initial meeting.

I have had a business association with Ken Guy Real Estate on Buderim for approximately 10 years since the purchase of my first home in Buderim.

My business association has quickly turned into a friendship with many of the employees, mainly due to the way in which the office is run, the care taken with clients and their needs, the professional attitude of both the front desk staff and the sales people.

I have also dealt with the Property Management side of Ken Guy and found the staff efficient and quality of homes on offer excellent.

From the moment you enter the office and you are greeted by smiling and efficient  staff you know your needs will be well catered for.

My only regret is that I have left the area  and will no longer have business dealings with Ken Guy, but the friendships I have formed will last forever.  I amy just be tempted to return to Buderim in order to deal with the staff in this office once again.
